Workshop

Sam Paton

Last Sunday we had our 1st Dreamcatcher workshop in collaboration with Vale of Leven Trust.

It was an amazing afternoon.

My remit was to teach and support guests on how to make a dreamcatcher. It was meant to be mostly an arts and crafts workshop.

However, I say whilst rolling my eyes, life rarely happens the way you would like it too.

As everyone got comfy and introduced themselves, it became apparent that our guests wanted to have a more spiritual experience, than arts and crafts.

So we started off with a basic Dreamcatcher meditation, which allowed them to envision what they wanted to create.

Then the creative juices started flowing.

In the end each and everyone learned about why a Dreamcatcher can be a window into our souls.
