Hi, how's everyone doing?

Been a great week.

Last weekend had a weekend of nothing, after Reiki Group Therapy on the Friday evening. Wow what an evening, the energy was amazing, lots of healing and self love. I feel so honoured to be part of this. Reiki Group Therapy is the Manifestation of Jo from Green Tree Remedies. Who had this magnificent idea about healing as many people as possible in an affordable way.

To get around 16 people in a circle with 3 reiki practitioners working together to give reiki healing to those people.

Monday was back to work with Meditation and relaxation Group in the evening.

Tuesday a day of therapies, Wednesday a mix of a day, between cleaning and therapies. With lunch down the quay in Dumbarton. Since a kid this has always been a favourite spot of mine for lunch. Such a pretty spot, even with the old boat wrecks.

Day of Thursday due to school strike, which was a fun day. My son love's history, geography, politics , so we had an interesting day!

Plus got cuddles from Shadow. She loves cuddles and am normally left with lots of claw marks afterwards 🥴 around my neck and lower face.

Shadow is a wee madam, she loves bringing home mice and then letting them run around the house. It's then my job to catch them and put them back out! Am sure Shadow thinks this is amusing!!!
